Service of Process

The Service of Process Division handles Service of Summonses, Subpoenas, Court Orders, Petitions, Notices, Postings, and Hand Deliveries. In Delaware, we are Certified in Delaware's Chancery Court, Court of Common Pleas, and the Justice of Peace system and have been specifically appointed in Superior Court and Family Court by Motion.

We also service for out-of-state jurisdictions nationally and internationally. We handle, in-house, Service in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, and Washington D.C. using a network of Retired FBI agents, we have handled Service nationally including Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago and Seattle. We even offer international hague Convention translation and service - most recently Jamaica, Antigua, Germany, Spain and France.

We are Avoidance of Service specialists, utilizing surveillance techniques, to perfect polite, professional Service. We have served high profile Defendants including Politicians, Professional Athletes, Cinema Figures and Music Industry Moguls.

O'Rourke Investigative Associates, Inc. is also the first Special Process Serving Company appointed by Motion to Execute a FiFa Actions in Superior Court for the State of Delaware.
